Between talking to other employees in line for coffee about what shifts they were working and complaining about how much she hated working there, the guests who actually paid to stay there, including myself had to wait anywhere from 20-40 minutes to order a cup of coffee. What was by far the worst part of our stay was the girl who works at the coffee shop down stairs, she has multicolored hair.
